( 18:57) SALINAS- Salinas police are asking the public’s assistance in locating two people. 26 year old Richard Neal and 25 year old Jennifer Rubalcava are alleged to have taken more than 1600 dollars worth of merchandise from Kohl’s in Salinas. Anyone with information is asked to contact Salinas police.
