(17:04) SALINAS- The discovery of a murder victim near Chualar led to several arrests and the discovery of a meth lab in Salinas , yesterday (Thurs). The decomposed body of man reported missing in May was found 10 miles outside of Chualar. An investigation of the site led to arrests at several locations in Salinas. A meth lab was also uncovered on the 1500 block of North First Street. Police anticipate several more arrests as the investigation moves forward.
