(06:50) Aptos – Motorists are being advised to avoid Freedom Boulevard in the Aptos Area. A tree went down yesterday (Thursday) at about 5 p-m, knocking down power lines and blocking the road way at Mcdonald Road. Although most of the power has been restored Parts of the road are still closed as crews work to clear the roadway. Bus routes have also been affected.
