(19:20) WATSONVILLE- Watsonville police arrested a forgery suspect twice yesterday (Thurs). Authorities say that 28 year old Justin Clopton was arrested at Santa Cruz County Bank and transported to the Watsonville Police Department. Clopton was able to slip out of handcuffs and flee the station the area was locked down until the fugitive was seen exiting a business into a vehicle. Clopton was then re-arrested.
