(19:27) SANTA CRUZ – A River Paddling Pilot Program in Santa Cruz, that was planned for this fall, is being delayed. The main reason listed for the delay is safety. The paddling program was expected to allow people to paddle around in a portion of the San Lorenzo River between mid-October and mid-November.
