(21:14) MONTEREY – A groundbreaking ceremony was held today for the Holman Highway roundabout. Construction is scheduled to begin on Wednesday. The site of the roundabout is near the intersection of Highways 68 and 1, and officials hope the device will ease traffic congestion in that area.
