(12:37) MORGAN Hill- A fire that broke out in the Santa Cruz Mountains is reaching full containment. The wildfire broke out at about 3 p.m. on Friday off of Uvas and Watsonville Roads, near the Uvas Reservoir, west of Morgan Hill. The blaze has consumed 25 acres and was 90 percent contained as of noon yesterday (Sunday).
