(11:06) SANTA CRUZ- A Live Oak man was arrested by Santa Cruz Sheriff’s deputies on Thursday. As part of an investigation officers arrived to the home of 54 year old James Russell Campbell, on the 2500 block of Capitola Road, to execute a search warrant. During the search police located Campbell hiding under the home. He was booked into county jail on suspicion of vehicle theft, narcotics possession, domestic violence, and resisting arrest.
