(17:03) SALINAS- Harntnell Community College has received a 2 point 375 million dollar grant. The federal grant will be used to assist migratory and seasonal farmworkers and their children to obtain the equivalent of a high school diploma. The college will get 475 thousand dollars a year for five years to implement the program.
