(16:52) MONTEREY- The Monterey County Coroner’s office has released the identity of the bulldozer operator killed at the Soberanes fire on Tuesday. Robert Oliver Reagan III died from injuries sustained when the bulldozer he was operating rolled. He was one of 60 private operators cutting fire brakes for Cal Fire fighters. A GoFundMe page raising donations for Reagan’s family had raised nearly $24,000 by Thursday afternoon. He is survived by his wife and two young daughters.
