(22:58) SALINAS – An 18 year-old Salinas man has been arrested in connection with a homicide committed in may in Salinas. Fabian Alvarado is believed to have been the shooter in the homicide that took place May 8th on the 300 block of block avenue. Anyone with information on that shooting is encouraged to contact the Salinas Police Department.
