(22:15) SCOTTS VALLEY – A Scotts Valley woman wants to thank the Soquel man who turned her lost money in to police…and the officers that got it back to her. The woman inadvertently dropped a bank bag (containing 4-thousand dollars, some checks, and debit cards) in a Scotts Valley parking lot. The Soquel man found it and turned it in to police, and police officers found the woman’s name on the checks and contacted her.
