(16:50) SALINAS – A man, who created a Stand-Off in Salinas for several hours, has been arrested. The incident took place on the 100 block of Tampa Street. The stand-off began when law enforcement officers tried to serve a search warrant there for Luis Morales Alvarado. Alvarado was booked into Monterey County Jail. A portion of Paloma Street was also closed off during the stand-off.
