(17:43) MOSS LANDING – Because otters can no longer swim under Moss Landing Road, they have been walking across the road….and one of them recently got hit by a car (and killed) while doing that. The otters can’t swim under the road anymore because floodgates have been installed to prevent saltwater intrusion into the Elkhorn Slough.
