July 13, 2016: Monterey Farm Workers Settle in Sexual Harassment Suit

(08:34) MONTEREY COUNTY – A labor contractor from Jackpot Harvesting in Monterey has been found guilty of sexually harassing two female farm workers.  The women worked for the company from 2007 to 2011. During that time, they were subjected to physical and verbal harassment. Last year, the women filed charges through California Rural Legal Assistance. On Tuesday, the owner of Jackpot Harvesting, Gary Carraccioli, agreed to settle for $1 million and adopt workplace poilices that will prevent future sexual harassment. (T.A. & S.G.)
