(08:25) SCOTTS VALLEY – An event is being held in Scotts Valley this week to kick off the city’s annual Art Wine & Beer Festival. The “Taste of Scotts Valley” will offer food and drink from over a dozen local restaurants and wineries. Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet with a number of the artists that will be featured at the festival. The “Taste of Scotts Valley” will be held Thursday night at the Santa Cruz/Scotts Valley Hilton. The 2-day festival will officially kick off on August 20th.
