(17:19) SALINAS- Former King City Sergeant Bobby Carrillo will be released from jail early. Yesterday (Thurs), a judge approved a sentence modification request for home confinement. Carrillo has been in custody since April 29th serving a one year sentenced after being convicted of bribery and perjury. Carrillo is one of six King City officers arrested and charged following an investigation of a police towing scheme targeting illegal aliens.
