(07:51) SCOTTS VALLEY – Scotts Valley officials are looking for floats, bands, and marching groups to participate in the city’s 50th Fourth of July parade. This year, the procession will take a different route, starting at the corner of Scotts Valley Drive and Carbonero Way. The parade will then make its way up to Willis Road before making a U-turn and returning to the start.
