(19:20) CAPITOLA- Santa Cruz County law enforcement agencies are investigating a drive-by shooting. Authorities say the incident took place near Opal Cliffs Drive and East Cliff Drive in Capitola at 5:11 p.m. (Thursday) last night. Shots were fired from a Black SUV, striking a 25 year old male in a another vehicle. The suspect vehicle sped of an a 14 year old male was arrested near 49th Avenue after he exited the SUV. 22 year old Anthony Hernandez, and 25 year Patrick Diaz were arrested after the SUV caught fire near Soquel High School. The victim is recovering in stable condition. All three suspects have been charged with attempted murder.
