(05:50) SALINAS – A 22 year-old man was arrested in Salinas yesterday. Marco Suarez received a parking ticket for parking in a red zone, and allegedly got into his car and tried to run the parking ticket officer down. Suarez was booked into Monterey County Jail on suspicion of felony assault with a deadly weapon.
