(18:19) SANTA CRUZ- The California Transportation Commission announced funding cuts at a meeting last week. Depsite efforts by local officials Santa Cruz County will have 7 million dollars cut from its funding, 3 million more than had been expected, Santa Cruz County Regional Transportation Commission and Board of Supervisors are expected to take action next month to place an alternate funding plan on the ballot for the November 2016 election.
