(18:04)SANTA CRUZ- A Santa Cruz man pleaded guilty to felony drug manufacturing last week. 28 year old Gennady Tsarinsky and three other men were injured when a butane hash oil lab exploded on the 700 block of Third Street in 2013. Gennady is facing seven years in prison when he is sentenced on July 29th.
