(06:20) MONTEREY COUNTY – A man who is serving time has been arrested in connection with efforts to get contraband into Monterey county jail. Joshua Bickley is serving a 3-year sentence for selling a controlled substance. He was recently re-arrested in connection with the recent attempt to smuggle methamphetamine, marijuana, tobacco, a cellphone and, a charger into the facility.
