(21:47) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – 3 teenagers were arrested after they were found in possession of loaded handguns, methamphetamine, and gang clothing. The 18 year-olds were all on probation when the car they were in was stopped because it had a broken windshield. The teens were booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
