(16:53) SANTA CRUZ/SCOTTS VALLEY – UC-Santa Cruz has signed a 20-year lease that will allow the University to house many administrative offices in Scotts Valley. The 127,000 square feet of office space is in the Enterprise Technology Centre building, first constructed to house software maker Borland many years ago. Portions of the Business And Administrative Services, Information Technology Services, and University Relations will move there from the campus-owned complex at 2300 Delaware Avenue, allowing that facility to be used for faculty members and researchers.
