(11:53) SCOTTS VALLEY – The city of Scotts Valley is turning 50 years-old, and city leaders plan to hold 2 celebration this summer. The first will be a July 4th parade and a fireworks display in Skypark; and the second will be a reunion and barbecue set to be held in MacDorsa Park on August 2nd.
