(08:13) SANTA CRUZ – A sanitary sewer improvement project is expected to cause delays in Santa Cruz this month. Beginning Monday, crews will be working on Graham Hill Road at Sims Road from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Motorists should expect delays of up to 10 minutes. The project is expected to be completed by May 13, weather permitting. (S.G.)
