(15:59) SOQUEL- The Santa Cruz County Public Works Department has announced that work on Soquel Elementary School will begin today (Monday). Crews will be installing Radar Speed Feedback Signs and Flashing Beacon systems. on Porter Street, between Soquel Drive, and South Main Street. Motorists can expect delays of up to 15 minutes between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. through Friday.
