(17:01) SANTA CRUZ- The Santa Cruz Harbor’s new dredge is undergoing testing. The dredge which will be named Twin Lakes, will finish testing in early May. It will then be disassembled and loaded on to 18 big rig trucks for delivery to Santa Cruz toward the end of the month. Meanwhile as of April 25, 2016, approximately 80,000 cubic yards of sand remains to be dredged from the entrance channel. Dredging is anticipated to continue through the month of May.
