(18:30) WATSONVILLE – A Watsonville resident, who died back in 2014, has left a lot of money to the Santa Cruz County Animal Shelter. 94 year-old Mabel “Polly” Hull, who was passionate about rescuing dogs and cats, left one-third of her estate to the animal shelter. The 90-thousand plus dollars she left to the Shelter is expected to be used for programs such as low-cost spay and neuter clinics, vaccines, and microchip installations.
