(06:36) MONTEREY COUNTY – A Monterey County judge has set the trial date for a teenager and woman accused of murder, torture, and child abuse. 39-year-old Tami Huntsman and 18-year-old Gonzalo Curiel allegedly tortured and killed 6-year-old Shaun Tara and his 3-year-old sister Delylah. Huntsman and Curiel are also accused of abusing a 9-year-old girl. Both suspects waived their right to a preliminary hearing Thursday and their trial date was set for February 6, 2017. (S.G.)
