(06:34) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – A Live Oak mother and son have been sentenced in the murder of a Capitola property manager. In November 2013, Diana and Daniel Cohen fatally shot 63-year-old Gordon Smith, who was in the process of evicting the Cohens from their residence. In January, the Cohens were found guilty of first degree murder. They were sentenced Thursday to life in prison without the possibility of parole. (S.G.)
