(19:14) CAPITOLA- A ruptured water main disrupted traffic through the Capitola Village yesterday (Thurs). The eight inch water pipe burst under the surface of the Stockton Avenue bridge spilling thousands of gallons of water before Soquel Creek Water District crews repaired the pipe at about 4:30 p.m. Traffic remained restricted to one lane for several more hours while the roadway containing the main was repaired.
