(19:07) SANTA CRUZ – A man, who is said to have tried to lure a boy into a car in Santa Cruz earlier this month, is being sought. The man is described as being 5-and-a-half feet tall with yellow-ish teeth. The man is said to be in his mid-30’s and he spoke English with a heavy Spanish accent. The car he was driving reportedly had faded light-gold paint.
