(16:52) SANTA CRUZ- The U.S. Small Business Administration Office of Disaster Assistance (SBA) is offering low-interest disaster loans to persons and businesses affected by the closure of the Dungeness crab fishery. Some eligible business owners include: small businesses dependent on the catching or sale of crab, suppliers of fishing gear and fuel, processors, wholesalers, shippers and retailers. Employees and crew members are not eligible. SBA officials will be at the Santa Cruz Harbor Public Meeting room Monday and Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m and at the Moss Landing Harbor on Wednesday and Thursday.
