(17:22) Santa Cruz – A Santa Cruz man has been sentenced to a mandatory fifteen years for stabbing an elderly woman. Scott White a 29 year old Santa Cruz resident stabbed Helen Morrow a 78 year old women in the head while he had been at her home playing videogames with her grandchildren. The incident occurred on April 13th of 2015, Morrow was taken to the hospital but died of her injuries the next day. White has since been sentenced to fifteen years to life for murder plus one year for the use of a knife in the incident. (C.G.)
