(08:18) SANTA CRUZ – A man was arrested in Santa Cruz Tuesday on suspicion of impersonating a police officer. 22-year-old Gregory Calasopa was driving in the area of Maciel Avenue and Capitola Road when he reportedly became agitated with another driver. He then got out of his vehicle, contacted the driver and attempted to handcuff the victim. The victim was able to drive away and call 911. Deputies later located Calasopa and found handcuffs in his vehicle. He was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail. (S.G.)
