(19:12) WATSONVILLE- A man wanted in connection with a fatal shooting in Watsonville has been in arrested. Investigators arrested 29 year old Damian Baxter at an apartment building in Greenfield. Baxter is wanted in connection with a November 17th homicide of Jesus Rocha. He will be arraigned in a Santa Cruz County court room on November 30th.
