(11:22) MONTEREY – A water outage is scheduled to take place in Monterey Thursday. The outage will impact residents from the 200 to the 800 block of Laine Street, the 400 and 800 block of Hawthorne Street, and the 500 block of Foam Street and Hoffman Avenue from Laine Street to Cannery Row. The outage will last from 8 p.m. Thursday until 6 a.m. Friday. City officials are advising residents to use boiled tap water or bottled water for drinking and cooking until 12 p.m. Sunday. (S.G.)
