(20:32) CAPITOLA- A Van collided with a parked construction vehicle in Capitola yesterday (Thursday). The icident took place shortly before 3:30 p.m. when the driver of a Ford van struck an outrigger of a conveyer truck unloading roofing materials on Cliff Drive, tearing off a fender and front wheel. A detour was established while the accident was investigated.
