(08:02) SEASIDE – A co-founder of Black Lives Matter will be making a presentation at CSU Monterey Bay Tuesday night. Alicia Garza will talk about the Black Lives Matter movement and how social media has served as its platform. Garza has previously worked for the National Domestic Workers Alliance and People Organized to Win Employment Rights. She has earned a number of honors, including two Harvey Milk Democratic Club Community Activist Awards. The presentation will be held at 7 p.m. in the University Center. Tickets are $10 and will only be sold at the door. (S.G.)
