October 4, 2015: Watsonville Murder Fugitive Arrested

(13:15) WATSONVILLE- A Watsonville murder fugitive has been apprehended. On Friday, Santa Cruz County authorities and FBI agents took custody of 23 year old Marcos Robles and 23 year old Samantha Teran from Mexican officials. The couple were arrested in Guadalajara, Mexico seven weeks after the FBI offered a $20,000 dollar reward for information leading to the arrest of the two gunmen that killed two innocent bystanders, including a 4 year old girl, during a gang shootout outside a Watsonville restaurant last October. Escobar and Teran have been booked into jail on murder and accessory after the fact charges. The second gunman, Brandon Martinez is still at large.
