(07:55) SANTA CRUZ – Santa Cruz harbor officials are alerting boaters to stay clear of a submerged pipeline. The pipeline crosses the channel in the Small Craft Harbor. It was lifted above the seafloor on Monday due to shoaling on the east side of the channel. Boaters are being advised to use the center of the channel when passing through the area, particularly during low tides. Harbor staff are working to remove the hazard. (S.G.)
