(13:39) SANTA CRUZ- The couple accused of stabbing two people outside of a Boulder Creek restaurant have been formally charged. On September 13th a water and a customer were stabbed outside of Scopazzi’s while confronting a couple that were attempting to leave without paying their bill. Last week investigators arrested 32 year old Kyle Shields and 41 year old Sonia Jepson both of San Mateo. On Friday,Shields was charged with two counts of assault with a deadly weapon with great bodily injury, while Jepson is facing battery of an elderly adult charges
