(08:18) SALINAS – A maintenance project in Salinas is expected to cause traffic delays. Beginning Monday, crews will be working on Highway 101 between Messick Road and Mallory Canyon. The right lane will be closed between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. The project is expected to be completed by October 2. (S.G.)
