(19:35) SANTA CLARA- The driver of the truck that killed a Santa Cruz man is facing charges. In July of 2014, 24 year old Ravinderpal Singh of Union City, lost control of the truck he was driving on Highway 17 and collided with several vehicles, killing 25 year old Daniel McGuire. McGuire’s family have since been working with legislators to require more training for truck divers. Singh faces up to a year in jail if convicted
