(18:44) CAPITOLA – A second suspect has been arrested in connection with a September 7th assault. Authorities say that several Hispanic men beat a 19 year old victim with a baseball bat and other weapons on the 1600 block of 41st Avenue. The victim was hospitalized with head injuries. 18 year old Roberto Blanco- Hernandez was apprehended on September 19th near 46th Avenue and Capitola Avenue, on Wednesday 19 year old Salvador Hernandez was taken into custody on the 1900 block of Kinsey Street in Santa Cruz. Both men have been booked into county jail. An investigation is ongoing, and two other suspect are being sought.
