(22:32) CAPITOLA- The Capitola Police Department held a D-U-I check point last night. A sobriety check point was up at Highway1 and Park Avenue at 8:30 p.m. for about 4 hours. The checkpoint was set up to promote public safety, and act as a deterrent to drinking and driving through out the Labor day weekend. At this time it is not known if any arrests have been made.
