(12:20) SALINAS- The suspect in Thursday’s double homicide in Salinas has been identified. Authorities say that 50 year old Sammuel Ejaz of Garden Grove followed his estranged wife and three family members to a parking lot on Blanco Circle, where he opened fire with a 9 mm pistol, killing 64 year old Oliver Legaspi and his wife 51 year old Felicidad. The 32 year old estranged wife and a 28 year old cousin are hospitalized in critical condition, and expected to survive. A suicide watch prevented Ejaz’s transportation to court on Friday. He is arraignment has been moved to today at 1:30 p.m.(Monday).
