(06:57) SANTA CRUZ – Two people were arrested in downtown Santa Cruz this week on charges of felony vandalism and conspiracy to commit crime. Jonathan “Keith” McHenry and Abbi Samuels are accused of spray painting over two dozen locations on Pacific and Soquel avenues. Surveillance video shows the suspects painting blue corners on the sidewalks, imitating city authorized markings that designate areas where the public can legally display items.
